Claire has arrived!

We took a trip to feed the ducks! Marie loves them! It was a little cold so she didn't get to play on the playground much, but she had a great time.
Claire has finally arrived! She made us wait an extra week, but she is definitly worth the wait! We have been blessed with another fairly easy baby. She had an action packed birthday, but everyone is good and healthy! She weighted 7 lbs 14 oz and was 20 inches long.
Marie loves Claire! She loves to run up and give her hugs and is always putting the bink back in her mouth. She is an awesome big sister and loves the job!
I still can't believe that we already have two kids! I love our family. We have such a great time together and it just gets better everyday!

No Baby Yet...

We are just waiting 'patiently' for Claire to come out and play. She is making her way slowly, but on Sunday she is coming out whether she wants to or not! Marie needs a friend to play with! We had another ultrasound and they confirmed again that it is a girl, so at least we have a name: Claire Kei Shillig. :) The Kei comes from a Japanese name (Keiko) and it sounds like Kay. We are super excited for her to come join our family!

At least she is giving me time to do some more scrapbooking. I have done a couple pages in her book with my new Cricut! I love that machine. It makes the pages look cleaner and saves a lot of time. Now hopefully I will be able to keep up with all the scrapbooking that needs to be done!

Scottie's Visit

Teddy and Scottie did a lot of dirt biking this week. I think Scottie likes the taste of dirt so he puts it on his teeth... maybe that is where Marie gets it from!
We visited Burro Schmidt's tunnel. It took the guy 38 years to hand dig this 1/2 mile tunnel through the rock. It was pretty neat. Marie was scared going through the tunnel, but once we made it out she kept running back in!
The boys worked on project for Marie. They added a swing and a ladder so far. There is also a bench on the lower platform that Marie likes to climb on. It sure looks awesome and they had a fun time.
