Teddy did some good work on our parking lot. He turned a corner of it into a rice field. Unfortunately, it got a little too cold and our rice didn't make it.

Fancy Chinese Restaurant
Our landlord gave us a some tickets to a super fancy Chinese restaurant. It was several courses, about 8 or 10 plates of craziness! The kids didn't really like any of the food. There were a couple of plates that I liked, but it was an adventure!
The kids were troopers even though they didn't like the food. Christine caused us some angst when she blew out of her diaper and we were trying to figure out what to put her in. Here is what one of our plates looked like.
This is a fancy place that I would never pay for on our own! The kids will never eat at a place like this again until they are out on their own! It was sure nice of our landlord to do this for us!
Welcome Chihiro-chan!
Takuya and Keiko had their baby! Welcome to the world Chihiro! We were excited to go see her in the hospital. On our way to the hospital, we got a flat tire. The kids enjoyed playing around in the parking lot while Teddy got us ready to go again.
She is a cute baby!

Park Before Swimming
Christine loved these balls that fell off the trees. Theodore is getting bigger and stronger. He can do more and more things at the park!
We spend a lot of time at the park. We usually eat our lunch there before swimming lessons on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Everyone except for Christine swims! Sorry Christine, you have to be 3 years old.
Happy Easter! (I know... I'm still behind)
Christine might have been peeking as I hid the eggs around the yard.
These kids are excited to find some candy filled eggs.
We sure had a fun time finding eggs. They were so fast that it was hard to take pictures!

Strawberry ''Picking''
We were originally planning on going strawberry picking, but it was CRAZY expensive. It would have cost our family over $100 for a half an hour to pick strawberries and you can't take any of them home with you! Plus the people were sorta rude and wouldn't even let Teddy and I not pick while we watched the kids. So we went for a better option.
There was a grocery store right next to the strawberry place where we went instead. We got each kid their own pack of strawberries and a dessert bread for under $25. Then this lady walked by and said we had such a cute family that she gave us $10. We told her we didn't need any money, but she was adamant. Maybe she thought we were homeless having our kids eat strawberries on the sidewalk! (we were waiting for others that were picking)

Mud Pie Makers
Christine is quickly learning the art of making mud pies.
She has some veteran pie makers to help her out.
Theo and Christine had a fun time playing on the tramp.
Claire picked some weeds and twisted them up into a bracelet. I love that these guys enjoy being outdoors so much.
