Our recent adventures...

Our two cute girlies!
Marie was so against sleeping in her toddler bed that she crawled up and fell asleep on the changing table. She liked it so much that she even fell asleep without her binkie that she left on the toddler bed.

We had a GREAT time skiing! I wish we could go more often. There were no major injuries which is always a success. There were several close wipeouts.

Happy St. Patty's Day! We made rainbow cupcakes topped with whipped cream (clouds). They were yummy!

Claire has been rolling over for about two weeks now. She is going to be mobile soon!

Potty Training

We have been working to teach Marie when she is going to the bathroom so we can start potty training soon... I told her the baby went poop and that it goes in the toilet. She thought I said the bunny went poop, so she went and got her new Easter bunny from Grandma and put him on the toilet! Thankfully, he didn't fall in!

Marie sleeps in her toddler bed at night now, but during the day I usually just throw her in the crib for nap time. I tried to put her in the toddler bed for a nap, but she found too many things to play with... mainly, she climbed onto her toddler bed, then onto the changing table, and then onto the dresser! She decided it would be great fun to dump off all the books... this ended her back into the crib for naps...

Sisters at Play

Marie loves her juice! We got these Capri Suns because there was an awesome sale for them on base, but they are treats for when Marie is being good. She stood in the same spot and pounded the whole thing!

Marie loves to talk on the phone, so why wouldn't the baby want to? Marie loves to share her toys with Claire. She tries to have Claire eat the plastic kitchen play food as well. She is so nice!

Claire and Marie are just laying on the floor being good sisters. Marie loves to kiss (aka 'lick') Claire and give her hugs.

Claire is a pretty easy baby. Who couldn't love that cute girly?

Marie discovered a couple of weeks ago if you blow into the top of the lid that it whistles. Now this is the greatest toy ever... at least for a couple days!

Teddy's parents came out to visit this last weekend and we had a great time. It was sure nice getting some extra sleep. While they were out, we gave Claire her blessing as well! She got to use the same dress as Marie!
